Welcome to Simply Melt Away, where we do one thing and we do it BETTER THAN ANYONE ELSE; FLAMELESS! We give you pure and simple dye-free or custom colored highly scented soy wax tart melts with extraordinary fragrance! You won't find ANY scented soy wax tart melts that are better scented, better packaged and as earth friendly as ours! We've looked and couldn't find them! So we decided to just do it ourselves! And now we offer our tart melts in dye free, or new colors so you can mix and match your own color and scent! Our soy tart wax is 100% organic, our packaging is 100% biodegradable and compostable, made from the wood pulp from sustainable forests!

It's getting hot out! Make sure someone is home to get your package so that your melts are NOT ruined by the hot sun! If they do melt a little, they are fine. Put the entire package in the fridge for about 30 minutes and you will not have a huge melty mess to open up! I put a sticker on ALL pages asking the post office to PLEASE not leave packages in the sun, but I CANNOT be responsible if that happens. Please get them inside as soon as possible!

Current Turn Around Time: Approximately 7-10 Business Days
Remember you can check the status of your order by looking to the left and under the "Info" heading, look for the "Order Tracking" link. Use your email address and your Order # (look for that information on the the email confirmation you received when your order was placed) and see if your order has been shipped. If it has, there should be a tracking number on the invoice and it will show the date it was shipped. Remember, BUSINESS DAYS DO NOT INCLUDE WEEKENDS OR HOLIDAYS THAT THE POST OFFICE IS CLOSED. If you place your order on a Friday afternoon, it may not ship until the following Friday. If it is placed on the weekend, the shipping time doesn't begin until Monday so it could 2-4 regular calender days longer than "business days" for your order to ship. This includes the creation of your melts to your specifications, cooling, curing time (at least 48 hours), packaging, package labeling, packing for shipping, shipping label printing and attaching, and USPS pick up. There are quite a few steps to getting an order completed. And regular orders are on a first come, first served basis. So if there is a large order in front of yours, that could cause a slight delay. But with OUR melts, I can assure you, they are worth the wait!

We also have wickless (and therefor FLAMELESS) candles that you can order in any custom scent/color combination, using the same organic soy wax we use for our tart melts. Not only are our wickless candles amazing in color and scent, they are biodegradable! AND once the wax has lost its scent, all you have to do is let it cool, pop out the wax that is already in it and order a refill (shaped just like the candle jar) for your candle! And of course, everything is packages in 100% earth friendly packaging! We keep our ingredients and packaging simple in our soy wax tart melts and wickless candles. We use only 100% natural soy wax in our tart melts and wickless candles, with no unnecessary fillers or additives, and we package everything in 100% biodegradable cello packaging, and labeled with recycled labeling. We ship our soy wax melts & wickless candles in recycled or recyclable shipping boxes with recycled & biodegradable cushioning. We also use the highest grade scented oils available, so you can't beat our fragrances*! We buy only top-of-the-line scents directly from a reputable manufacturer (not a retail source that obscures its suppliers!) so your soy wax melts or wickless candles will scent your home for hours! We also don't put our melts in plastic bags, clam shells, condiment cups, or anything like that. Just throw the package in the trash and it WILL degrade! Put us to the test and you will see!
